Employability is a big area to learn. The learning takes time, the process is overwhelming & this reduces individual confidence when applying for
a job.
This module breaks down the employment process, it allows the learner to understand the various forms / documents that are required when applying for a job and most importantly we guide learners through the ‘Reasonable adjustment employment passport’ a very important document for any potential workplace.
We cover three key areas:
– How to actually apply for a job, interview tips & filling in your CV (Inclusive Working resources)
– Personal documents needed to apply for employment
– The Reasonable Adjustment Employment Passport
By the end of the training module the learner will better understand how to apply for a job, how to fill in the Inclusive working resources and crucially understand the adjustments they need when entering the workplace.
*This course is made to professional standards. If you are 18 or older, your certificate gives you formal CPD hours. If you are 16 or 17, your certificate is a Record of Achievement. This is a special document for your CV to show future employers that you have learned important new skills.
