Inclusive Working partners with FE colleges, charities and supported employment providers. Our single goal is to support learners on their development path toward the workplace by building foundational skills.

Our specialist online courses and booklets for SEND learners (aged 16+) are designed to be a foundational add-on to your current curriculum, not a replacement for existing qualifications. We provide the extra support needed to help learners build workplace safety knowledge and independence.

As a proud CPD member, we certify our materials as being appropriate for CPD and offering real value to every learner. While formal CPD hours are for those aged 18 and over, the certificate awarded to learners aged 16–17 counts as a verified Record of Achievement. This is a great addition to a professional portfolio and an important step into work as they begin their employment journey.
