Personal Safety awareness
Description:
This module equips the learner with the awareness to be able to identify,
respond and report a workplace safeguarding issue. We aim to equip the user with a deeper understanding of behaviours that can be classed as in-appropriate and most importantly equip the learners with the skills to report a personal safety issue in the correct way to either a safeguarding lead or onsite manager.
We cover three key areas:
– Safeguarding and its importance to the individual
– Report and identify inappropriate behaviours correctly
– Practical safety tips for staying safe in the workplace
By the end of the training module the learner will be confident with
safeguarding protocols, and will better understand how to protect
themselves in the workplace.
