Introduction to Hospitality

Course Status:

Carrying out correct food safety practice and how to work with customers professionally are just some of the learning targets we have for you inside this course. Whether you want to work in a Cinema or a Hospital, this module is crucial for your ongoing development within the Hospitality industry.

We cover three key areas:

– Food Safety

– Good V Bad customer Service behaviour

– Time management, the physical skills required for hospitality roles and strategies for customer communication.

By the end of the training module the learner will be equipped with a better understand of the hospitality industry, the skills required and the type of place they may want to work.

As with all our modules, they’ll leave with CPD points and a certificate.
