Lots of us still need reminders about how to lift items correctly, spot hazards and how to
reduce workplace risks. Throughout the module there’s opportunities for the learner to reflect on their knowledge via video support, writing tasks and quiz questions.

We cover three key areas:

– Correct V incorrect lifting
– Spot, stop and report hazards in the workplace
– Transporting goods safely

By the end of the training module the learner will be confident with moving and handling
protocols, and will better understand how to protect themselves & others in the workplace.
