Education SeRVICES
Inclusive Working creates CPD eLearning courses and classroom activity booklets for SEND learners (16+) and over. Designed for use at home, in school or in any learning setting, our resources help develop life skills, workplace safety knowledge and employment readiness.
Our CPD materials do not replace existing qualifications or learning structures. They support professional development by strengthening learners’ understanding and progression in workplace safety and employability.
We also help businesses better understand SEND learners by providing training that supports the creation of inclusive and supportive workplaces.
How do we boost the employability curriculum of any SEN setting?

- Employability Classroom activities. They can be completed either independently, in small or big groups.
- Teacher Evaluation Forms. Perfect to support students achieve the Employability curriculum targets.
- Employability resources for students that can support teacher’s learning.
Benefits of using IW resources in your setting
- Empowering Growth: We provide both eLearning and classroom booklets for Entry Level and Level 1 learners. It’s an approach designed to reinforce learning and help people progress at a pace that works for them.
- Flexible, CPD-Accredited Learning: High-quality eLearning that works on any smart device. Our modules are designed to be fully integrated into classroom delivery, ensuring digital theory is backed up by practical classroom activity booklets for each course.
- Recognising Every Achievement: Every learner receives an individual, personalised CPD certificate upon completion. This provides a tangible sense of pride and a professional record of achievement to add to their CV or Record of Achievement.
- A launchpad for transitions: Prepare students with the skills and readiness required for success in work experience, supported internships, apprenticeships, and the broader working world.
- Ready for whats next: Whatever path a learner chooses to take, our resources help them build the practical knowledge and confidence they need to take that next step—whether that is further education, training or moving into the world of work.
