Getting everybody ready for work

Inclusive Working creates CPD eLearning courses and classroom activity booklets for SEND learners (16+) and over. Designed for use at home, in school or in any learning setting, our resources help develop life skills, workplace safety knowledge and employment readiness.

Our CPD materials do not replace existing qualifications or learning structures. They support professional development by strengthening learners’ understanding and progression in workplace safety and employability.

We also help businesses better understand SEND learners by providing training that supports the creation of inclusive and supportive workplaces.
